How Can severe Waist Pain Be Treated?

been having alot of pain around my belt line on left&right in 2015 went to family doctor about same pain he checked me for Hernia said I was GOOD...I started wearing Suspender s after that seamed to go away, pain in Testicles from time to time when doing pulling or lifting, 41m have small beer belly too...Any ideas?

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan. We have to think of possibilities like renal stones and hernia.

As of now, a analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol can be taken for pain relief.
